Referral Cards can be picked up at the Front Desk - or downloaded here!
- One card per new student
- Must be presented at time of registration
- Only one referral name can be used per card
- Referrals may be used at either Carousel Gymnastics locations
- Current member will receive a $10 credit towards a future session. (limit 5 referrals per session)
